At Mindful RISE we are committed to holistic restoration. What We Do
Team and group somatic sessions
Group and corporate team sessions to experience somatic practices that support stress and tension release. An opportunity to learn from other wellbeing modalities to effectively counter high stress moments.
Personalised 1-1 somatic sessions
Sessions focused on stress relief, chronic exhaustion and health issues, and nervous system restoration. A guided somatic and meditative practice to learn how to counter and slow down within modern lifestyles.
Workshops and learning cohorts
Open workshops and courses to experience nervous system regulation in community using guided practices, health and wellbeing tools, and a soft environment to unravel.
Events and retreat sessions
Fully personalised and restorative experience for space-holders, event hosts, and retreat-leaders to soothe the nervous system and ease into a post-event rhythm as well as tailored onsite experiences.
Why we encourage a holistic approach to stress management
We guide with a holistic practice because modern lifestyles interrupt wellbeing at a holistic scale. Our practices are rooted in science-backed exercises that pay attention to multiple interacting body systems and neural pathways for restored wellness.
Tending to our nervous system includes focusing on our anatomical functions, our self talk, our emotions, our memories, and the ways our bodies learn to carry and store this information as inflammation and stress. We help clients meet their bodies at the intersection of all of these communications.

Meet your Consultant
AMARA is a certified mindfulness meditation facilitator, soul-led artist, and nervous system regulation practitioner (IPHM accredited). Her journey with holistic wellness began through her curiosity with yoga, breathwork, Kong-Fu and plant-based eating back in 2016. She transformed this curiosity into a lifestyle of listening to her body as she unravelled from a hyper-online marketing career to slow travelling and learning about preserved wellness practices and holistic health in the Caribbean, Africa, and Central America.
As she leaned towards herbalism, meditation, and somatic therapies, she learned about the impact of stored stress in her own body. After encountering chronic stress and health emergencies, she deepened into studying, releasing, rebuilding and training to experience her own fullness. She committed to professionally and intuitively supporting others on their journeys to restoring their body’s systems.
Her health and mindfulness writing and education for international publications has been featured in Well+Good, SELF, The Good Trade, ESSENCE, and more. She continues to learn while she teaches others and self the medicine of mind, body, and soul healing.
